WebMax (Pty) Ltd is the responsible party for personal information processed through this website and our services. We process information lawfully, minimally and securely as required by POPIA.

What we process and why

When you use our contact, consultation, proposal or career forms we collect name, email, phone, company and the details you type. We use this to reply, book sessions, send related email, and keep records of the enquiry. Lawful bases: your consent (the form tick) and our legitimate interest in running the business.

Operators

Hosting, email and database providers process information only to deliver those services. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to complete the request and meet legal duties, then delete or anonymise them. Access is limited and connections to our systems use encryption where required.

Your rights

You may request, at no unreasonable charge:

  • Confirmation of whether we hold your personal information
  • Access to, or correction of, that information
  • Deletion or destruction where we no longer need it
  • Objection to processing, or withdrawal of consent, where POPIA allows
